We want you to be completely satisfied with your Raboworld purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Original proof of purchase is required

Refund Process:

1. Contact our customer service at service@raboworld.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number

4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement

Exchange Policy

We Offer Exchanges For:

• Size exchanges (subject to availability)

• Color exchanges (subject to availability)

• Style exchanges (price differences may apply)

How to Exchange:

1. Email service@raboworld.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement

3. We'll provide exchange instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable

4. Your new item will ship once we receive the original item

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us at service@raboworld.com within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging

3. We'll arrange for a free return and send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund

Important Notes:

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

• Items returned without authorization may not be processed

• International returns may be subject to customs fees (non-refundable)
